Niles and his team were referred to me through a friend. Their quote was the most competitive and service was beyond my expectations. They came to the house and explained everything in a thorough manner. The biggest differentiator was the process and more dense foam which equals less drilling into my walkway. In the end, I am a very satisfied client.

Niles is a true professional. He was previously and engineer who designed foam injection equipment, so he has a deep understanding of the equipment and process. Moreover, he has all the latest tools to properly measure the site, and figure-out the best approach - where to jack, where to inject, etc for the best result without additional cracking. He works carefully but gets the job done quickly, and cleans-up so you don't even notice the drill holes. Highly recommended.

He understood the issue and assessed the resolution during the initial visit. The end result was exactly as discussed as he was able to raise the floor to almost the original level without and damage.

You could say he went the extra Niles. We had a very tough situation with a major erosion of the underlying ground beneath our concrete. We had major voids under our garage floor that we didn t even know About until Niles identified them. The first difference you ll see when Niles arrives is that he has a bunch of scientific equipment that nobody else has that measures things in crazy ways. Turns out he s an engineer and former Air Force technician. Because of all of these measuring tools some that measure altitude to a thousandth of an inch he is definitely not eyeballing anything. I watched him for hours like a little kid because it was so fascinating. He and his helper spent as much time as necessary to precisely tweak every part of our aprons and our massive, triangular-shipped patio-sidewalk. He also cleaned up very thoroughly. Honestly, and I ve never known Niles before this job, I think it would be pretty crazy to hire anyone else especially considering his reasonable and fair pricing.

Very professional and patient in reviewing what work should be done, how it would be done, and providing a clear estimate. Work involved raising a significant (> 8" drop and gap) and leveling front walk. Results were as promised, and even was able to do the job earlier than originally scheduled.
