"It went really well.  We asked that the deck be installed before June for our daughter's graduation, and Randy's team did it in May. Randy was extremely responsive and really a pleasure to work with.  When I came home after the first day they worked on the deck, I saw that they had secured the decking by screwing the deck in - so there were all kinds of holes showing.  I called Randy because I thought they would have used the hidden fasteners.  He assured me that once they plugged the holes we wouldn't even notice them and he was right.  However, if the kind of fasteners used are important, be sure to bring that up as part of the initial discussion.  Also when they were done, I noticed that the deck boards they used on top of the railings looked unfinished because they had to cut them at an angle, and one of the boards on the steps had a wide space.  I emailed Randy - and they came out and immediately took care of it.  As far as professionalism - they really were great.   However we did find several cigarette butts and screws by the deck that weren't picked up.  But overall we love the deck - would recommend Decks Unlimited. "
