On the day of the appointment, when they did not show up at the agreed upon time, I called the main office. I was told that the appointment was merely a window of when the team would arrive. This was news to me. To their credit, Mark called within minutes of talking to the office and apologized for the confusion. He arrived shortly before 1pm.
Upon arrival they immediately asked for payment. That was fine, I get it, but at this point I was starting to question their service. I would've preferred pay after viewing the final results, but I reluctantly gave them a credit card. After all the paperwork was signed they were very eager to get me out of the house. Because the house was completely empty (we were moving the next day) I figured it would be okay if I left them alone while I ran a quick errand. They said it would take them roughly 1.5-2hrs to complete the job.
I was gone less than 45 minutes. When I returned the crew had already left. Although the bathroom grout was much improved, the air duct work was questionable. None of the vents were put back - there were just thrown on the floor for me to put back in place. The door/main vent on air conditioner unit was also not put back. It seemed like they left halfway through the process. And because there is really no way to check their work on the air system, how can you even tell if they did anything?
