After discussing the proposal, I approved it and an installation date was set. On the day of the installation, a crew of three arrived at the scheduled time. They got right to work and had the job completed in about three hours. During the installation process, the guys took a number of photos showing each phase of the project(which were later emailed to me). I also had a chance to view the finished work before they sealed up the attic access hatch. Then, before leaving, the guys did a good job cleaning up. Every member of the USA Insulation team I had contact with - from management, to office staff, and installers, were great to work with. They were pleasant, technically competent, displayed attention to detail, and believe in the importance of good customer service. Well done everyone!"
