"Material was deliver & after a weeks weather delay job started with foreman arriving early to verify all materials were on site. Crew showed up on time, reviewed job with foreman & got set up & right to work on my small re-siding job. I had removed old siding so new siding install & cleanup was done in 4 Hrs. Foreman reviewed finished work & wanted to add more caulking & crew came back the same day to complete. Product was good quality & install was per manufacturer. Extra material was removed in a couple of days"

Todd did an excellent job of explaining what we need and what we didn't and came out a couple of times as the projects were on a different time table. We did have a hiccup with the pricing, however Arne was super professional and honored the verbal pricing we agreed upon. They even made the rebate paperwork super easy and even sent it in for me. This was a very good experience from the beginning.  My contact was always with Bill McClellan, who would always return phone calls timely.  I had some cracks in my garage stucco due to normal settling and wanted them patched. The estimate was the same as I'd gotten from another company, but Bill provided more detailed information about the repairs, and mentioned that one of the areas required new metal lath.  He also offered me an Angie's list discount.

The work crew did a great job. They used a drop cloth and tape around the service door.  The work was efficient, too.  I saw the truck, the work and clean up was done quickly, and suddenly the truck was gone.  I needed to have one additional patch done and, again, I looked out the window and saw that it had been completed (early on a Saturday morning).

I would not hesitate to use this company again.  I did meet Bill in person and he is a very easy person to work with, but also is professional.

"Initial sales contact was no pressure and pleasurable. The crew did a great job, completed a couple 'side' projects, did nice cleanup afterwards. Not as pleased with gutter install, but overall very good. I would bring them back. I gave the crew a little something extra on the side, because they were hard workers and I was in a good mood."

"Very poor communication, link they send to design your house is limited in colors of siding and brick and is not even exactly what they carry. Siding ended up not being the color we wanted and edge trim was not white. However we are still happy with current color and sides as we were going back and forth on those colors and option anyway. Siding has nails showing, brick installed not flush and very large gaps. Brick installers damaged new aluminum wrap around garage doors as well. Door install did not mount door correctly and would not close, after he came back, store still has a visible gap in seal and can see the outside from the inside. Painter however, did an exceptional job. Owner never called to follow up with us on complaints or after the project was completed. I would not use this company again. They are expensive and their work and followup does not reflect the price paid."
