"Overall it went very well. About one week delay between start of project and completion. However, the delay was due to the wet weather this spring and no relection on the provider.
Our sideway had heaved and needed to be replaced for safety reasons. Chis suggested pavers, and very satisfied with the results of both the walkway pavers, and patio area.
Also accepted Chris's suggestion of adding paver veneer to the front stoop. Doing so added height to the stoop, requiring a step to be added. Chris provided this at no extra cost as it wasn't included in the estimate.

While I was obtaining other bids, a different contractor gave me conflicting information and tried to use high pressure sales tactics. I called Frank and he took the time to explain everything up front. It was very clear that he not only knows his business, but he works hard to make sure his customers are satisfied. When the workers came out, they were courteous and hard working. They did the entire rip out, added and fixed the base, and paved the new driveway within one day. Everything looks great."

They removed a large section of raised beds and laid sod to replace the beds and weeds. They replaced a class 5 area behind our garage. "I had a big concern because water was coming in from the asphalt driveway erosion next to my garage. John and Jerry company is the only ones who offered to help with the drainage and help prevent more water coming in to my lower level in feb. Jerry worked very hard to stop the water leakage during the winter when it was not yet time to work on the asphalt and put in a concrete apron. Now in the spring at the end of April they came out and added filling and repair to the damaged area which included part of my garage floor. There was so much more detail that I probably won't get right to fill in here but at the end I have a nice level area with a beautiful concrete apron that just doesn't seem like it could be any nicer or more perfect. I appreciate very much how the communication went and the quality of the work. They also put in the best product upgrade as Jerry explained. I was corrected about how I had over paid and told a lesser amount to make out my final check for."
