"Started real good. Dug up old driveway started to spread materials and towards end realize that there was not enough materials to finish it probably. The driveway is bumpy, low and high spots . So water does not drain, puddles especially up by garage. To low. saud that they will have to bring more materials and other co owners said that no they will not."

John and Jerry company is the only ones who offered to help with the drainage and help prevent more water coming in to my lower level in feb. Jerry worked very hard to stop the water leakage during the winter when it was not yet time to work on the asphalt and put in a concrete apron. Now in the spring at the end of April they came out and added filling and repair to the damaged area which included part of my garage floor. There was so much more detail that I probably won't get right to fill in here but at the end I have a nice level area with a beautiful concrete apron that just doesn't seem like it could be any nicer or more perfect.
