As it pertains to professionalism, punctuality, quality, communication, and value John & Jerry Co was by far one of the best contractors that I’ve worked with. The asphalt driveway was replaced and it looks great. From scheduling and providing the free estimate, laying the base, to smoothing out the new asphalt, which was followed-up with meticulous clean up – all employees that I came in contact with were extremely professional and friendly. The crew was also very courteous to my neighbors and their properties. The project was top notch and turned out just as I had hoped. Need to also mention the job was completed ahead of scheduled. I highly recommend John & Jerry Co. as a contractor who can be counted on to do a great job.

"Good day [Member Name Removed], I am sorry you are not happy with us, we want to make things right. I personal came out within days of knowing of your dissatisfaction. We found out the number being called was not getting to us. As soon as we knew of your unhappiness I was personally out to meet with you. When meeting, [Member Name Removed]asked a good question: like why your and other companies seal coats do not hold up under the motor home. I explained where water sits and stays wet, under the motor home, dampens the sealer and does not stay well in wet places that do not dry off. John & Jerry offered to reseal the whole driveway so it all matches looking like new at No charge, I personally offered a form of rebate. We want to take care of all customers. [Member Name Removed]was nice we had good conversation. He went on to say:" No thank you we will just let it be, I am thankful you came out and explained what is going on." I am personal sorry [Member Name Removed]the number you were calling did not forward your unhappiness to us, I was glad to meet with you felt we left on positive note. If we can do more just let me know."

Had a great experience with John and Yuri. They came out and gave me an estimate I couldn't refuse. A week or two later, I had my ugly cracked and sunken front door landing fixed. They even patched up a bit of damage that the old concrete had caused to my masonry. Super nice guys to talk to as well. Highly recommended.

Great. Both John and Jerry (separately) came to our home to look over our driveway and provide options on what we could do to repair the surface. They recomended and priced three options which included making spot repairs, spot repairs and overlay of the whole driveway and lastly a complete replacement. We chose the combination of repair and overlay of the total surface. They targeted a date to do the work and kept in touch with us to schedule a final date. Their crew of workmen and equipment arrived as promised and the work was done in one afternoon. I am really pleased with the price and quality of the work . It exceeded my expectations.

I found John & Jerry on Angies List and found them easy to talk with about my project. The project was to remove about half of an over large driveway of asphalt, and to cut a trench for a drain line away from a problem area next to my house. John came out in a couple days and assessed the situation, gave me a quote on several options. I chose the least expensive option planning to do the detail work myself. Once I made the decision to hire them, they scheduled me in a few days, early in the season. They did the work in an afternoon and left things as I asked so I could finish the drain and backfill, level the site with topsoil and lay sod. I found that the price seemed a little high, until I saw other quotes. I would recommend them to anyone for this kind of work. They are flexible and helpful and pleasant guys.
