Because of laws requiring that window glass be replaced by tempered glass, they replaced my broken pane with plexiglass and told me that they would order the tempered glass and replace it later. When I called to find out the status of the glass order, they told me that given the small size of the pane, tempered glass was neither required nor available. However, because they didn't know this at the time they put in the plexiglass, they replaced the plexiglass with standard glass for free (parts and labor.) I was extremely appreciative that they recognized this and made it completely right."

"He was on time and quick. He did good work. I was upset with the builder of my late model foreign car for their proprietary behavior. That makes it difficult for me to work on it, so I specifically asked for a Generic windshield. The sound insulation is better so that I don't hear outside noises (ie, trucks, Harleys) as much. "Brennan arrived to give an estimate the same day I requested one, and walked through each room explaining how everything would be prepped. He sent an estimate that same day or the very next. Painting began within a week, on the day I requested, and Brennan and his team were always professional and polite. Brennan was great at keeping communication open throughout the whole process.
