"Brennan arrived to give an estimate the same day I requested one, and walked through each room explaining how everything would be prepped. He sent an estimate that same day or the very next. Painting began within a week, on the day I requested, and Brennan and his team were always professional and polite. Brennan was very patient when I needed more time to decide on 2 colors and quickly got me back on the schedule when I was ready. Brennan was great at keeping communication open throughout the whole process. Although they used the wrong color on one of the ceilings initially (understandable with 3 different trim colors for this job), I caught the mistake and they immediately did it over with the correct color that same day, no problem, no hassle, whatsoever.
