Glass Guys was the only company i contacted that was willing to come out the next day, which relieved my stress about the possibility of a break-in. Because of laws requiring that window glass be replaced by tempered glass, they replaced my broken pane with plexiglass and told me that they would order the tempered glass and replace it later. When I called to find out the status of the glass order, they told me that given the small size of the pane, tempered glass was neither required nor available. However, because they didn't know this at the time they put in the plexiglass, they replaced the plexiglass with standard glass for free (parts and labor.) I was extremely appreciative that they recognized this and made it completely right.

Very quick service and quote. Came out within a few days of calling to assess and quote replacement for broken window pane. Glass as ordered, came within 3 weeks and was installed the next day. Great service and the window pane looks like new.

Despite examining it at the time of the estimate and planning to install a new sweep (with the expectation that it would wear out over time due to the odd angle of the door), they were, in fact, unable to make a new sweep fit. They did create a custom bracket and installed it to the fixed panel, securing it in place. I am disappointed with the sweep situation.

Nice professional men came out as scheduled. Gave us estimate of charges. Measured and placed order for replacement with estimated time for completion. Returned to for installation as promised. I would definitely hire them again

They were fantastic. First one was tricky one but it was perfect. Both of them. They did a fantastic job getting the job done right away. I would hire them again in a minute. Quality is impeccable. Couldn't have done in a better way.

Excellent service. They were prompt, and came out when they said that they would. They were very nice guys to work with and I was very happy with their service. We used them once and were so impressed that we called them out to do some more work.

The company kept my informed throughout the whole process. Once he recieved the glass he said he'd get everything done the next day and he did. The company took take of my insurance for me, and they got everything taken care of.

It was good. It kind of seemed to leak a lot so I had them come out and put something on the bottom. It still leaks if I push the door forward. So what I've been doing now is pull it in, and get out that way. He did say there was something else he could try, I just haven't called him back yet.

The were great. They were very prompt about coming out for the service, professional, and it kind of felt like we knew them already. They made us fell very comfortable with them being in our home. They came out and did the measurements, and came back to put the glass in. A couple doors needed adjusted and they made us feel great when they came back out and made sure that we were satisfied before they left. When I call in, I always get a live person, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

We wanted to replace the old brass framed shower enclosure with frameless shower enclosure. After much researching, meeting and getting quotes from various suppliers, we decided to go with the Glass Guys. An excellent decision. We were happy with every aspect of the service, from the beginning to the end. A few weeks later, we needed a new window for a four season room. We didn’t think twice, our immediate choice was the Glass Guys. Again, the project was completed to our satisfaction.
