When finished they with us checked to make sure window did not stick when trying to crank it to open. I chose to bring our car in instead of having them come out. The location was a little hard to find, but once there, the work was performed in the time-frame I was told at the price I was quoted. The staff seemed a little focused on insurance, and a bit confused by my lack of it in the case, but it was fine.
