He removed a tub/shower combination and replaced it with a walk in shower. Additionally, Kacey removed the flooring in this bath and a half bath with a LVT product. We had many questions and Kacey patiently answered each one and made good suggestions when we were unsure. We also requested that the plumber install 3 new toilets when he was installing the new shower head and faucet- Kacey coordinated all of that.
