It went great. A man measured the windows to be replaced and gave us a price. We went with them and on the scheduled they a crew of three arrived on time and had the old windows removed and the new window totally installed in a 3 to 4 hours. They did a good clean up too.
He and his employee were concerned about keeping the rest of the basement as clean as possible. They used plastic runners on all the carpeted paths to the areas to be repaired. All sawing was done outside. The sheet rocker and taper closed off work areas that caused dust to accumulate....

We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."
