I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. "We had a very bad hailstorm. Shawn Rise of Lakewoods had to do some very difficult negotiating with the insurance company. Our original siding wasn't made any more and Lakewoods had to convince the insurance company that the quality we had was comparable to the top quality of the replacement. Shawn also made excellent suggestions on siding color to complement our brickwork. 
The most difficult set of circumstances occurred because our windows were an expensive Pella Designer Collection and that didn't "fit" the insurance company's "formula." So, Lakewoods spent weeks with the adjuster and his supervisor to convince them to pay the additional cost for replacement. They were very successful. 
Finally, I want to say that the crews Lakewoods uses were extremely capable and professional.
