"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"Everything went well.  I got 4-5 quotes and Lakewoods was the lowest.  Some other places wanted as much as $8-9000 which I felt was way too much considering what a small, low, non-steep and simple roof we have.  Tom agreed and came in at a price that seemed fair for both parties.  They did it on a Saturday after initially planning for Friday due to weather issues.  We were out of town and came back to a great-looking roof and compliments from the neighbors.  I found a few pieces of shingle or two and maybe one nail in our landscaping but overall the clean-up was very good.  Tom was personable and easy to work with.  We hope to not have to hire them again for roofing purposes but would definitely consider them for other door/window/remodeling work in the future.
