Tom has excellent customer service skills, responded promptly to all communications, provided very detailed invoices and worked very hard to assure I was completly satisfied with the outcome. Although the work needed was far more extensive once they scaled the walls, and assessed the situation, Tom worked to assure that additional costs were more than fair and the crew performed a number of additional services at no charge.
