Our experience with Loyear was phenomenal. Following a heavy rainfall, we ended up with significant standing water in our basement. They had call agents available 24/7 and were incredibly easy to get on the line at 5 in the morning. Tyler with Loyear was out to our house within a few hours and was phenomenal. Tyler was able to quickly assess the damage and explain next steps with ease. He was thorough and efficient and kept us updated throughout the course of the mitigation. Their team was able to remove the water from our basement and have everything dry within 4 days. A previous mitigation group we had used did similar work but took two weeks to complete the process. Tyler and his team were also exceptionally helpful in referring us to trusted business to help us get the repairs needed to prevent this kind of flooding from occurring. To raise the bar even further, Tyler was exceptionally professional, personable, and incredibly easy to work with. I would highly recommend considering Loyear for any mitigation needs if in the Minneapolis/Western Twin Cities metro.

You will be in very good hands if you hire this company. Good honest people to work with. I can't recommend them enough! We thought we had a little mold in our basement that we had taken care of. It came back so we decided to hire professionals. It turns out we had a lot of mold in our basement. We had an air quality inspector come out after the work was done and we are now breathing clean air!

The tenant was really impressed with the professionalism of the estimator who came out to take a look at things. The quote was fair and I'd really like to point out that the Loyear crew is top notch. This company really knows how to actually deal with mold, unlike their competitors. Not all water damage and mold repair is the same!!

We've Had Gary from Loyear several times for different projects over the years. Gary is our main guy from the company. He knows what he's doing. He is very honest and extremely knowledgeable. Gary has big heart, great person to get along with. the whole company is very knowledgeable. If your looking for a good mold removal company that's honest and reasonable, then look no further! Don't settle for less, hire the best!

John, the owner immediately came out to assess the water damage in the basement. He was very kind and professional. The crew that came out to do the initial work was well done and they worked quickly to soak up the water in the carpet. However, the gentleman who did the drywall work and painting was extremely slow at finishing the job. Overall, I would definitely recommend using this company. They were very easy to work and professional.

Everyone was helpful and calming during a time of stress. They did a good job. They also worked at not disrupting our house. I found a couple small areas that had been missed and they came right out and took care of it--no charge.

All four projects went very well. The attic mold remediation project required Loyear to coordinate their work with other contractors. They worked professionally and efficiently with the other contractors. Loyear has always been professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous to work with. We have recommended Loyear to our friends.

These people are great to work with! They arrive on time, are pleasant to deal with and do a thorough job of cleaning as well as taking time to spot treat carpet as necessary. I've used them a few times already and will plan to do all future cleanings with them. Great family business, good people -- I highly recommend them!

Everything went as planned. No hiccups and no surprises. Very satisfied, and worker “Gary” was pleasant and professional.

The staff at Loyear responded quickly and professionally. They pulled back the carpet, removed the wet pad and used fans to dry the carpet and concrete and checked the sheetrock walls to verify that mold was not present. Finally they arranged for new pad to be installed and laid the carpet back in place. The final step was cleaning the carpet to remove water stains.

I would highly recommend Loyear!! I had written up a review last year after all my service work was done but it does not or did not upload. Sorry about that! Came home from work Thursday evening 4/18/19, to hear my alarm on my sump pump going off, sump pump was broken and completely flooded my basement while I was at work. After much help from my neighbors and friends as I was in a complete panic mode and didn't know the direction to go, we found Loyear here on Angie's List. I called and left a voicemail, John, the owner, called me back first thing, and had someone out to my house before Noon on Friday 4/19/19. I had to have a new sump pump installed which took place first thing that Friday 4/19 before Loyear came out. The rep assigned to me was a wonderful person, so very helpful and understanding about this crazy upset person he meet with that Friday, his name is Greg Stevens. He really took control and had a plan in place shortly after he arrived with a couple other people, crew, to help him. He was there the whole time for all my questions and stress, helping me deal with this wet basement. He was great! This was a great company to deal with in a really stressful time!

Great job! Did exactly as requested and on time. Had mold in the kitchen ceiling and they took all the moldy drywall and insulation out and cleaned all wood subfloor and joists above. All materials were removed professionally and proper containment procedures were followed to prevent mold spores from spreading throughout the house. Would definitely rehire for other jobs. Thanks again!

John Loyear treats every customer like they are the first one! He is organized and puts together a plan to address the problem. Then he makes sure his employees provide excellent ontime service during our unhappy water intrusion event.

We hired Loyear for a basement mold remediation project. They were great to work with; knowledgeable, straight-forward, and dependable. I feel like they treated the situation with the right amount of rigor and their estimates were accurate and transparent.

After spring thaw, we ended up with water in the basement. Unfortunately didn't notice the water in the finished part of basement until carpet and carpet pad started to smell like mildew/mold. Loyear squeezed us in for a quick service call. A crew came all the way down from Duluth to assist. Was smaller job than they were used to ... no fire damage or mold taking over every wall. They removed wet carpet pad, got fans under the rolled up carpet and put down mold inhibitor in multiple spots. Took a team of 3 about an hour. I used my own fans to save money and avoid a return visit. They weren't able to give me a solid estimate or pricing up front. Sounds like most of their work is insurance claims. But I was pleasantly surprised to come out with a bill under $500. Would recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Loyear's service. Finding water in a newly remodeled lower level is stressful and Loyear responded quickly and efficiently and kept us calm. Every single staff person was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and professional. Promises were kept and we felt that Loyear Restoration was a true partner to us in getting us back on our feet. They are excellent.

Great! Lauren and Taylor did an outstanding job demolishing the shower, setting up a containment area beforehand. Lauren treated a couple of wood studs, and cleaned & vacuumed the area leaving the place spotless. They are also very nice people & very hard workers.
