"So where should I start. I called the number listed on the web page and was greeted with a Hello... This is where I should have had pause to continue with this company. After if I reached a lawn service, he let me know he was on his day off. We talked about the services I wanted and he asked me to text him an address and what I wanted as he had "a beautiful lady on a jet ski waiting for me." From there, it was back and forth of what services I would like and we agreed on doing a power rake and aeration. Then it came down to scheduling. This was a little harder as he was booked for a week (understandable) and it was going to rain the week we talked about. We locked in on today (Friday June 12th in the AM). I took the day off of work to be here and scheduled some other lawn items around his services. At 8:33AM I asked when he would be here roughly and 20 min later I got a response that he has a flat tire and he would like to do it later that evening. I explained that I have other services planned around this morning but can we get it done before 5 to hit this timeline. He tried to push it to Saturday. I said I will not be here Saturday and had other lawn services planned for today and would prefer to be home for the service. After asking how a flat was going to knock him out for the whole day he cancelled the service. My theory is that he is back on the lake with his "beautiful lady" and did not want to do the work today. Please see attached text messages for confirmation."

"Midsota Lawncare owner has a lot to learn. Taylor quoted me for a 1 day job and on day 3 it was still not completed and he quit responding to my messages after having been paid in full. He did not complete all the tasks that he said he would do. He came back on the 3rd day unannounced and finished laying pavers he never cut to make a square turn or leveled the pavers out. He had also placed rock under my deck that barely covered the black fabric. He argued with me because I had asked him a few questions and he stated he was losing daylight hours due to this. Had his team shown up on time and not been on their cell phones most of the day, this job should have been completed. I ended up cleaning up numerous piles of dirt left on the ground. I will also have to redo a section of pavers he laid in such an unprofessional way plus order in more rock. Please do your research before hiring this company."
