Last year I came in late in the game ( early fall), so I got 2 of the 4 applications at the "package rate" ($67/application).  
They showed up unexpectedly one day, but were very wiling to reschedule.  On the first application, he didn't get all of my yard (especially the part that HAD weeds) so I called to let them know.  On the second application he got most of my yard, but again, behind the shed is where the weeds were, which is easily accessible, but this was  not sprayed. 
Fast forward to now, I'm trying to minimize the damage from the chemicals so I only want two applications.  I have to buy the entire package to get each application (4) for $67 otherwise, the first application alone is $132.  I'm happy to have LESS chemicals or DIFFERENT chemicals, but I am forced to buy the entire 4 application package, otherwise be uncharged.  
I'd like to be able to pick and choose and not be forced to up-buy what I don't need.  I think they could be more flexible with pricing.

I have been using Supreme Outdoor Services for several years.  Justin is pleasant and easy to work with.  The crew shows up weekly to cut the lawn and the other services are provided when needed without any reminders from me.  I had a party in June where I needed the lawn to be cut on a day that was not my normal day and Justin came out and did a wonderful job of cutting the lawn, trimming and blowing the driveway and front entrance clean of any grass, etc.  I know I can count on Justin and his crew to do a good job every time.  Justin and crew take pride in doing a good job and our yard shows it.

Bought three treatments. 1 st application went as planned. Results are nice so far. Grass is greening up all over. Weed issue is diminishing dramatically. Anxious to see the impact of treatments 2&3.

In spite of the great reviews, we did not have a good experience.  The grass was cut really unevenly and pits were created from mowing new sod that was too wet (we asked him to walk over the area first to make sure it wasn't too wet b/c the weight of a riding mower can damage the grading).  In addition, he weed whipped so low that he severely scalped the edges of the lawn.  Each of the 3 times he came out, he did more damage to our lawn.  Plus the results just looked really bad and we cringed after each service.  When we provided him feedback on the problems, he was dismissive of them.  We now have to hire the company who did our professional landscaping installation to come back and fix all of the damage....at our cost.  The only good thing is that Supreme decided not to charge us for the 3 times he mowed once we terminated use of his service. 

Our previous lawn mowing service was much better.  They took feedback to heart and would pro-actively fix any damage caused to our lawn.  I wish our old service was still available as Supreme didn't even come close in quality of work and customer service!

The goal in conversation was to pull up dead grass from the winter and vole damage. He stated he would get the dead grass up. I didn't see them on the property, but the end result looked like the lawn was mowed and the clippings were bagged. I still had to rake my yard afterwards to pull up the dead grass to allow for future growth. That is exactly what I didn't want to do, hence hiring Supreme to do the work. Emailed after the fact and go no response. Not impressed.

The work was performed, but it didn't notice a difference in the lawn.

Justin did a great job for us in 2013. Our lawn never looked better. He and his crew were always on time and very thorough. Nice guy on top of it.

We switched from another company to Supreme Outdoor Services and they are very good. We used them weekly for lawn service throughout the year. They always do a great job. I've never had any issues with them. They're very friendly and neat.

It went well, Justin came twice, we have some trees that lose their leaves later in the year, so he did one run and came back yesterday to finish the job.  I think his prices are fair and he does good work.

In July the weed killer was put on incorrectly leaving a yellow mark all
around the house causing the grass to look dead and yellow. Because of
that I had to water which I usually do not do as we don't have
sprinklers and it is also expensive to water more than necessary.  
September he came out and aerated for which I did not authorize, I did
ask about it in the spring but did not ask him to do it.  I  did call
when I got the bill and he was very rude and hung up on me!  I called
back and he did apologize but put all the blame on me for him doing the work without my consent,
