"We want to thank you for your review. We heard nothing from [Member Name Removed] about anything with the Spring cleanup, since we had to delay the service because we were shutdown per the governor's order. Your complex wanted free services, that had you read the contract, which was dirty cheap, you would have known that the time frame of the services. Fall cleanup was unable to be completed due to the 8 plus inches of snow we have received currently."
"Thank you for your review. The block we used is heavy enough to get on average, core depth up to 3 inches. Watering the day before will only get about 1/2 to 1 inch below ground. We did notice that it did help with the aeration process."
"We want to apologize for the missed communication. We are still training in our sales team. They are still in the process of catching up with our new request for service."
"Thank you for your review, unfortunately we gave you that quote over a year ago. We thank you again."
"Thank you for your review. We strived to make sure your property was cleared at a safe and reasonable time. We are looking to continue servicing your property."
"Thank you for your review. We had a great time maintaining your properties. We can not wait to continue this mowing season."
"Thank you for your review. We strive to make sure our service member's family is taken care of, so it's one less project the spouse has to worry about. Over the past 8 years, we have been doing this, we love to hear comments like this."
"Thank you for your review. Over the season we brought on crew members who paid more attention than others, so the problems were corrected as soon as we were able."
"After reviewing our systems, we have no communication from you either from text or phone calls. Please remove this review."
"Thank you for your review, but checking our records on Angie's List messenger, we responded 2 days after your request. Please remove this review as it was your mistake not ours."
"Thank you for the review. Our plan is to clear out the beds, trim the overgrown shrubs, then just relax."
"Thank you for your review. The disrespect of this review is unwarranted. We were mowing weekly, then once every 3 weeks. When you failed to read the dates on the invoice which are stated on each invoice. It's not out fault for your late fees being added. We have records of all the visits you made to the invoice and yet you still paid late... Regarding the scalping, not once had you brought it up to our attention so we could correct the problem, only until you stop service, is when you complain. We have all emails and zero inform us about the quality of service. We wish you the best with the company you sucker into mowing your lawn next."
"We had planned on coming out during the weekend, unfortunately it rained all weekend. Regarding your disrespect in this review. We are quite pleased with the release of your property. We had multiple locations missed that week due to excessive amounts of rain."
"We do apologize for missing the service you requested. Our Spring clean up was limited this season. We had to cut off other clients, not just your property."
"As we stated in our correspondence between each other. We informed you that we were delayed due to the rain we had received. We have you on our route for this Thursday. We also stated we give a 24-48 notice prior to arriving."
"We do apologize for your review. Due to this ARTIC CLIPPER our crew's equipment broke down. An "F" is not warranted. Our phone service has not had any problems. We follow a set route to get our clients taken care of. We ask that the "F" be removed."
"We quote for seasonal price based on $200 per month. I wish you the best for the quote of $425 for 6 months. We always recommend our potential clients shop around."
"Thank you for the review of our services. We are excited to continue your services."
"Thank you for the review of our services. We are excited to continue your services."
"As Mr. Krammer stated in the multiple emails sent between us. We received 12" of snow and people normally understand that the price would increased with large snowfalls. We understand that you didn't get a hold of us to open your driveway more after everything settled down. You had requested us to come to get the snow out of the way to allow your husband to go to work, which we did. No additional charge would have been added had you requested us to return."
"Thanks for the review of our services. We are can't wait to see how everything turns out for the rest of the season."
"Thanks for the review. We can not wait to keep up our side of the contract. It was a pleasure speaking to you on the phone."
"Mr. Krammer apologises for that."
"Thanks for the review of our services. We are glad you had a great experience. We hope it looks nice."
"Thanks for the review of our services. We would be interested in helping you out at your new home anytime."
