I lived here 20 years and this ?service? was the worst we ever had. Sloppy spring and fall cleanup. Worst snowplowing we have ever had. Very displeased. I live in a condo complex and everyone (all 20) units complained. We fired him after one year.
Response from Krammer's Lawn Care & Snow Removal
"We want to thank you for your review. We heard nothing from [Member Name Removed] about anything with the Spring cleanup, since we had to delay the service because we were shutdown per the governor's order. Your complex wanted free services, that had you read the contract, which was dirty cheap, you would have known that the time frame of the services. Fall cleanup was unable to be completed due to the 8 plus inches of snow we have received currently."

The day before the work was scheduled I watered the the yard to insure that it would be soft enough to get some good cores out of the ground. I also marked all the yard’s irrigation heads with flags. A very nice employee showed up on the day the aeration was scheduled. He surveyed the yard and I asked him if he had any questions. He said no and got to work. He used a zero-turn with a small aeration trailer pulled behind it with just one concrete block on top for the weight. The cores pulled by the trailer were very small... Largest were only one inch deep and less than a half inch wide.
Response from Krammer's Lawn Care & Snow Removal
"Thank you for your review. The block we used is heavy enough to get on average, core depth up to 3 inches. Watering the day before will only get about 1/2 to 1 inch below ground. We did notice that it did help with the aeration process."

A+ service. Krammer's has provided my family with lawn and snow services since for the past 6-8 months through Project Evergreen. This program assists spouses such as myself by relieving some of the demands that come with having a deployed significant other, husband in my case. They have allowed me piece of mind during snow storms that I wouldn't be left stranded at home with our boys. Furthermore, it as removed the pressure that can often fall on teenage children who try to help take on some of the tasks during our family member's absence. Project Evergreen and their supporters allow our already stressed children to focus on being kids, school and sports. We are incredibly grateful for the job Krammer's has done for us, they go above and beyond and I would highly recommend their team!

"Thank you for your review. We strive to make sure our service member's family is taken care of, so it's one less project the spouse has to worry about. Over the past 8 years, we have been doing this, we love to hear comments like this."

For the first two or three snowfalls the steps and path were cleared, but the sidewalk wasn't shoveled to the pavement. As the winter progressed, the work got to be complete.

"Thank you for your review. Over the season we brought on crew members who paid more attention than others, so the problems were corrected as soon as we were able."

It didn't go at all. I contacted the guy he seems really nice. I explain my driveway and how its setup he said he would need to come out and see if it was something he could do because I have a long driveway with fence on one side house on the other I never heard back from him after about a week and a half. I texted him. I still have not heard back from him. I was kind of surprised because he seemed really nice really positive. I'm disappointed. At least he could say no it was something he could not manage to do.

So far it has been great. They are planning to come out in the spring also for the shrub pruning at the needed time. Also, I had a lot of nasty weeds so it will take a while to do it all. William is great and so is his employee. He also gives you great advice of what to put where. I will definitely hire this company again.

Worst service possible bald spots all over the lawn from using the wrong size mower, charging late fees when not applicable (Sent bill on 30th of July, paid on 13th of Aug) . I would not let them touch your yard or get near your checkbook
Response from Krammer's Lawn Care & Snow Removal
"Thank you for your review. The disrespect of this review is unwarranted. We were mowing weekly, then once every 3 weeks. When you failed to read the dates on the invoice which are stated on each invoice. It's not out fault for your late fees being added. We have records of all the visits you made to the invoice and yet you still paid late... Regarding the scalping, not once had you brought it up to our attention so we could correct the problem, only until you stop service, is when you complain. We have all emails and zero inform us about the quality of service. We wish you the best with the company you sucker into mowing your lawn next."

I hired to mow twice a week. They started in May, but the job wasn't done very well - grass was choppy and uneven in back and edge trimming sloppy. They came out once in June, but then missed the next appointment. I thought they would come in the last week of June when I was on vacation. Came back from vacation and the lawn still wasn't mowed. I called and they said it was because it had rained the Thursday it was scheduled for. He then told me it was bad to do it every other week because grass grows and gets long. Gee, thanks for that in depth analysis of how grass works. Then proceeds to tell me that if it rains on Thursday, it would be pushed to the next time, not the next week. So, if it rained every Thursday, I was out of luck - my grass would just not get cut! wth? I cancelled my service and went with a service I'd used in the past. More expensive, but much more reliable and better at their work.
Response from Krammer's Lawn Care & Snow Removal
"We had planned on coming out during the weekend, unfortunately it rained all weekend. Regarding your disrespect in this review. We are quite pleased with the release of your property. We had multiple locations missed that week due to excessive amounts of rain."

Contacted for Services on April 6th. Contacted several times via email from April 6th to May 16th. Took 2-3 days to respond. Always stated that work would be performed, but they were behind schedule due to the Spring weather. Would have appreciated an answer in April or at least on may 16th that they were unable to perform service. Been in Property Management for 17 years. Honesty and Trust in this service business is important.

"We do apologize for missing the service you requested.  Our Spring clean up was limited this season. We had to cut off other clients, not just your property."

After exchanging messages back and forth was told they would be coming out last week. No follow up as to the date or time or anything. Would not recommend in the least bit. Extremely disappointing.

Terrible. Very late service (>24 hours post-snowfall), and was a no-show at my buildings for 2 snowfalls. Unresponsive to constructive email to improve service. Unreachable by phone. Save yourself the heartache.

"We do apologize for your review. Due to this ARTIC CLIPPER our crew's equipment broke down. An "F" is not warranted. Our phone service has not had any problems. We follow a set route to get our clients taken care of. We ask that the "F" be removed."

Seemed professional and I am sure he’d do fine work, but price was nearly three times what other companies quoted for a seasonal snow removal contract ($1,200 vs. $425). Obviously, I chose one of the other guys. I’d encourage you to shop around.
Response from Krammer's Lawn Care & Snow Removal
"We quote for seasonal price based on $200 per month. I wish you the best for the quote of $425 for 6 months. We always recommend our potential clients shop around."

I was quoted $45 per visit and was not made aware there would be a variation in price for any reason. First time I used the service was after the 1/22/18 snowstorm. I was very happy that they showed up at 5am to clear the driveway. Upon looking at the work done, snow was piled up on both sides of the front steps. Only the center of the driveway was cleared, leaving at least a foot uncleared on each side. In an effort to be a good customer, I did not complain and removed all the snow myself by hand over the next week. Then I received the invoice which was for $75. I asked them to adjust to $45 which is what I was quoted. They would not. So I told them of the issues I had with their service, and was basically told it’s my fault for not calling back to ask for additional service. I wonder if I would have been charged again for having them back out. At that point I decided to cancel service as it appears they do not provide the level I expect.
Response from Krammer's Lawn Care & Snow Removal
"As Mr. Krammer stated in the multiple emails sent between us. We received 12" of snow and people normally understand that the price would increased with large snowfalls. We understand that you didn't get a hold of us to open your driveway more after everything settled down. You had requested us to come to get the snow out of the way to allow your husband to go to work, which we did. No additional charge would have been added had you requested us to return."

I hired this company for snow removal and lawn care. since we haven't had any measurable snow lately I can't speak to that but in my search for a snow remover I was very pleased with the initial contact with these folks. Answered all my questions promptly. I'm looking forward to their work if and when it snows enough to plough.
