Great work, Keith was prompt and thorough. He repaired the drip edge that Custom Remodelers did poorly when they did my roof. He also tucked in some loose siding. He checked out my roof and gutters and reported to me how they looked. What I really appreciated was willing to do a small job. Many contractors have a substantial minimum. I would recommend him and will definitely use him for all exterior jobs going forward!

My job was a small one, and I had trouble getting other contractors to show up. Keith came by to look at the job quickly, and got me on the schedule. He gave me options and prices for them, and even offered to credit me for the cost of the lesser option if I changed my mind in the near future and wanted to go with the more expensive route.

I received quality workmanship from Keith, and he was great about trying to react quickly to our needs in light of some unexpected siding damage that we wanted to have repaired quickly. We would definitely consider using Keith at UBC again.

I was very impressed with Keith - again. This is the second project he did for me this year. My house has a little kitchen bumpout that (for obscure reasons unknown to me) was the only part of the house with wood siding. It was time to repaint again and I decided to replace with vinyl siding. Keith spent the time to search his suppliers for siding that would match my 15-year-old discontinued siding and found a near perfect match. Due to road work in my neighborhood and travel on my part, the job schedule was changed several times. Keith kept in touch so that we both always knew what was happening. He finished the job in a day, even dealing with some "issues" left behind by the original builder. I can't say enough good things. He was professional in every way and picked up every piece of debris and carted it off at the end of the job. Definitely recommended.
