They performed a complete residing with James Hardie product. I had 4 companies I asked for estimates. From the minute I met Alex I had a feeling he was going to win this job. He followed up with everything I asked regarding questions and the location of prior siding jobs they had done. The crew was so professional and worked together seamlessly . Every time I interacted with one of them I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. I definitely would refer my friends and neighbors to use this company. Actually, the work speaks for itself as I have never met so many of my neighbors before. Instead of the usual friendly wave, they are introducing themselves and asking about my siding. A great experience.

This was a total bathroom remodel project. The contractor removed old tile from the walls and floor and installed all new tile. They were timely, friendly, helpful, and professional. Due to our timeline, they arrived earlier than originally estimated and finished ahead of schedule. They cleaned the area and covered areas where they were working and always kept in contact with us. We highly recommend their services.

We had North Point Services install a kitchen backsplash and a basement bathroom floor for us and we are very happy with the work they did, their professionalism and the value for the money we spent. The backsplash was glass subway tile and the bathroom floor was ceramic mosaic and both turned out beautifully. In the basement bathroom, the floor slopes drastically towards the drain and the toilet is on a concrete pedestal, which made me worry that it wouldn't turn out nicely, but I was so wrong - it looks gorgeous! Our kitchen walls are not smooth, level or square, which also concerned me, but the installer, Pavel (not sure on the spelling of his name), made it look like the walls were perfect! I would highly recommend North Point Services to anyone looking to hire a contractor who shows up on time, does what he says he will do, charges a fair price and does excellent work.

Aleksey was fantastic! I called him on a Friday and he got me a quote that very night. He's very responsive and easy to talk to. He was very professional, great price, and very knowledgeable. He gave some great advice straight away about what we should do with the trim and he made it work by working around the fridge (this was in the kitchen). Everything went great, I absolutely recommend him to anyone doing tile.

Alex was great he did our childrens bathroom floor. Now we want him to come back and do the tile work in our master bathroom. Thank you!

Aleksey and his crew did a great job! He's very communicative, responds well, asks lots of questions, and is very creative and hands-on. They ended up doing all sorts of great projects - 2 whole bathrooms, painting, outside work -- all kinds of stuff. And He's a really nice guy, too!
