"We have a very complicated remodel. This company came to evaluate the issue. He did his job very well. It was very exciting that he could find the issue so easily. Every challenge was completed admirably. He answered all my questions and gave me a good solution. They tried us on respectfully. I am very pleased with the service he gave us, despite all the difficulties. We got exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them."

"Excellent job. Done in one day even after removing existing tub and shower. New wall surround and decking around tub installed. Very professional, meticulous in their work, and cleaned up the area very well when finished. I highly recommend Five Star Bath and will no doubt use them in a future remodel."

"We are extremely pleased with our remodeled bathroom! Brian also installed LVP flooring throughout the main level of our home, & it looks amazing! He did an excellent job of communicating, which is very important to us. This was true when he scheduled a plumber & electrician for the bathroom, as well. Ours was a complete bathroom remodel & Brian paid attention to all of the details —flooring, shower, soaking tub, vanity, mirror & lighting. If there were unanticipated decisions to be made, he always asked us before moving forward. We encountered several setbacks for materials that were NO fault of Brian’s, which delayed the completion of the bathroom, but he continued to maintain his high standard of skills & workmanship. We appreciated his work ethic, & the beauty of the new bathroom & flooring are worth the wait! Great conversational skills & sense of humor were also true of Brian & his assistant, Jacob, which added to this positive experience. Highly recommend this contractor!"

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"Our one day shower and flooring remodel turned out beautifully. Thank you."

"Worked with Trey to design our space. He was very open to our ideas and finding ways to make it work while also making suggestions where he thought necessary. The work was very high quality and they were very respectful in our home in regards to keeping things clean."

"Great Lakes Home Renovations has done a great job with our window replacements, patio door replacement, and replacing the door between our house and garage. The sales team is friendly and professional, listening to our needs considering design and budget. They helped us decide on projects in a low-pressure manner ensuring we were aware of all costs and timelines. There were no surprises. The measuring and installers were on time, efficient, friendly, and clean. They let us know what to do to prepare the space, and after as well as cleaning up as if they had never been in the space and sharing information about anything we needed to do post-install depending on the project. We would absolutely use them for future projects."
