MULLIGAN'S LANDSCAPING

Design was fabulous and the designer was great to work with. However right from the beginning we had settling issues. They offered a 3 year warranty and did come to service it, though in every case it took at least 3 attempts to get a call back. After the warranty expired we started paying for repair work even though the issue dated back to day one. Ok, we could accept this provided they were at least marginally responsive. This year it took 5 attempts to get in touch with them only to be told they were too busy to help us. When you spend over 20 grand with someone you expect them to stand behind their work. My advice to you is if you have these guys put in your patio, you'd better learn how to do your own repairs.

Mike was very professional in the design process. He helped us design a landscaping plan that worked with our needs and budget. We really liked the plant choices that he included and they complemented our house. Overall, the work that was done with the installation looks nice. The river rock that surrounded the plants was so tight around them that we had to dig out several leaves on the plants that were buried under the rocks. Also, part of the installation included moving and readjusting the in-ground sprinkler heads to accommodate the landscaping. A couple of the heads were not adjusted well and are now spraying onto our house. We will need to readjust these ourselves. However, we were happy with the work and the way that our yard looks.

He also does the mulching. They are prompt and professional. They do a good job. I really trust them.
