So instead of me having to seek out 3 different professionals, Serg was able to do it all. It was such a relief to get it all taken care of at once, and Serg did great work at a very good price. The work was completed very quickly, and Serg was excellent at explaining what my options were (including some less expensive options rather than pushing me toward higher priced options), and I really appreciated that. "In September 2015 Gary came on a Saturday to assess the situation. He cleaned the gutters and recommended installing gutter covers only on one side of the house due to the heavy tree cover. In May of 2017 it was apparent the new cover was clogged. I looked up the invoice and it was noted that there is a 10 year no clog warranty, Jackpot! I contacted ARC, they sent out a technician the next day. He unclogged the offending gutter cover and inspected the others. He stated that as much as he would like to sell additional covers, the other gutters were just fine as they are."
