"From my initial meeting to today's instillation,I could not have asked for better. The estimate was very reasonable but Travis Gay even took the time to give me some pointers on now to prevent further damage to garage apron until I could get the work done and that was without knowing if I was going to hire his company to do this project.
      My asphalt driveway was sinking next to the garage concrete floor, my side walk had settled and cracked. The sidewalk needed to be replace and there was a lot of hosta plants, river rock and a wagon wheel to contend with during the excavating and instillation.The asphalt next to the garage was sunken and there was a hole exposed under the garage door concrete opening, 6 feet of asphalt needed to be removed and a 6 foot concrete apron installed.
       Travis and his crew arrived early today to do this job, the sidewalk was removed by using a jackhammer, the rock, plants and wagon wheel remained intact, and my yard was spared any damage using this removal method. The new sidewalk looks wonderful, the crew was so very careful with everything they did and they did a total cleanup after the work was completed. Travis and his crew answered all my questions, they where very professional and pleasant to work with. My neighbor was so impressed that she asked for an estimate for work she needs done--so will be seeing Travis and his crew again in our neighborhood in August.
        Ok I am pretty picky and have high expectation about the work I want done, these guys exceeded my expectations in every area. I could not be happier!!!!!!  Thank you guys for a job well done.

They met with my husband 2 x to go over the removal of our old 63 foot long by 8 foot wide sidewalk that ran by the side of our garage and reinstall a new sidewalk same dimensions. They removed the old sidewalk without any damage to our garage, our sidewalk butts up to the the brick foundation of the garage. My husband wanted the sidewalk installed according to his specifications and they agreed to install the sidewalk to my husbands specifications. When the sidewalk was done they back filled the dirt around the concrete with the dirt they removed. We highly recommend them."

Great Lakes Garage Floors, LLC. \nWe add beauty and durability to your garage floor by restoring your floors surface using a Polyuria / Polyaspartic Full Decorative Chip System. NO not Epoxy. \nFirst we grind the entire floor to open the concrete surface to dispose of contaminants and gives the ability for the concrete to absorb the polyurea. Next we follow and grind out the cracks and pitting filling those with a 4034 Poly mender. \n Once we have restored the surface of the floor we lay down a thick coat of a pigment added polyurea which starts to meld into the concrete floor. We then quickly apply a full color chip application ( 10 Color blends to choose from ) that soaks into the pigment dyed polyurea base coat.. About 3 hours later we scrape off the extra chips which smooths out the floor a bit Lastly we apply a thick coat of the clear Polyaspartic. The biggest advantage of Polyaspartic over Epoxy is that the Polyaspartic Clear coat is UV resistant and will not yellow.
