Northland's response was a formal estimate, including an overhead view of our property with the estimated fence outlined. It was the most professional response we received. The cost was well within range of the other three companies we contacted. Only Northland's vinyl fences came with a lifetime warranty. We went with Northland because of the lifetime guarantee and because we preferred the vinyl material. Every interaction with Northland throughout this process only confirmed that we had made the right decision. The sales team is quick to respond to every inquiry. They didn't require us to be home for that part of the process. Work was completed in under a half hour. We were provided a three-week window during which time we could expect the installation crew to complete installation. It was just over two weeks before the crew arrived to complete work. The installation crew did not need to meet with us and began work as soon as they arrived, completing the work quietly and efficiently in a few hours. The fence looks fantastic. Our backyard is completely transformed. The white vinyl fence looks both modern and classic at the same time. The gates work wonderfully (and close automatically).
