Bravos Advanced Flatwork

Great Job! Happy with the work that was done on this project. Bravos Flatwork did more than just pour concrete, work including Bobcat work preparing the sight and re landscaping the area when the concrete was complete.

I needed a 3.5' x 3.5' concrete pad poured for a elevator AC condenser installation and I needed it done very quickly based on my tight installation schedule. Alfredo of Bravos Advanced Flatwork was extremely responsive and communicative- he responded to my bid request within an hour, worked with me that day on some unique design specifications, including a late change I needed to make to the size later in the day AND he completed the job the very next morning. Alfredo was a good communicator and very punctual, even letting me know when he had a very minor arrival delay. Most importantly, Alfredo's work was excellent quality. I would recommend Alfredo and Bravos Advanced Flatwork for your concrete needs!!

Alfredo and his crew did a marvelous job. They showed up when scheduled and, if they needed to change a time, he called to let us know. It was all done in a very timely manner. Their work was high quality and our garage floor looks great. They cleaned up after themselves every step of the way. We highly recommend them.

Alfredo and crew did a ton of back-breaking work, the area didn’t allow lots of machine use, just sweat and labor. And, they were not afraid. (Previous bids/interviews wouldn’t touch it because of the need of hand labor) The crew understood what needed to be done and did not hesitate. Sometimes, a job needs hands on instead on reliance on mechanical assistance. His estimate was very reasonable versus large operation quick fix. If you’re looking for a good homeowner /contractor relationship, this is the answer. Wait times are minimal and work done quickly. My project was straight forward and he was able to successfully complete it a couple days. Don’t expect high pressure sales, just straight forward plan. My past experience with other concrete contractors was very disappointing. If you have a special project or even something straight forward, Alfredo’s company should be your first call. Next concrete job needed, I know who to call. And, to top it off, Alfredo is very, very proud of his work. It’s s personal goal. You will not be disappointed.

The work was excellent and professionally done, exactly as we had agreed. We've received many admiring comments. It was a pleasure to meet, discuss, and negotiate with this young gentleman and talented artisan.

My driveway was so broken up & water was running to my house & down basement wall. The replaced all concrete & got it away from my house & down toward the street. Alfredo went the extra mile for me. All the men were courteous, & knowledgeable. He cleaned up the areas afterward & made sure I was satisfied with the results. It will be so nice having a smooth driveway to my garage instead of endless broken concrete & holes. Plus, rain will no longer be running into my basement. He was more affordable than the other quotes I received & saved me so much money with great results. Thank you Alfredo Bravo.
