"I happened to be in and out of the house during the cleaning, I noticed that after 1 and a half hours all that had been done was 1 small room was vacuumed and the first bathroom was being worked on. I then re-iterated that the priority is to get the bathrooms cleaned and the floors done. This is definitely not unreasonable in 4 hours since many cleaners have done much more in that same amount of time. The areas that were cleaned were done fine, however, it was just VERY slow service. After 4 hours, 2 bathrooms were cleaned (just fine), a kitchen stove. Floors and living room seemed to be untouched (maybe vacuumed, but there was still dust and debris in main areas).
I sent a text after the service, however did not get any response or action to correct.

"Floors are beautiful! These guys did a great job with low cost. My floors ended up being in worse condition than they had thought when they quoted me a price, and they stuck to their original quote, though they said it would have cost more had they known about the condition of the floors. They were kind, and I felt I could trust them. I plan on re-hiring them for more rooms in my home. I'd highly recommend them!"

"UCC came to my home and provided me a free estimate. They were extremely professional and explained everything I needed to know and what system would work best for my floors. I felt they were very honest and treated me with nothing but upmost respect and were very courteous. I was blown away from the work they did.
