I also had him measure another window with a broken seal while he was there. He emailed me a quote that same evening, and we gave the ok to proceed with ordering both replacements. The following Friday I sent an email to ask if he had an estimate of when the new glass might arrive. He responded almost immediately to say they were expecting delivery in the afternoon and could either come that same day between 3:00 and 4:00 or on Monday. I told them that today world work. They showed up on time and replaced both window panes in about an hour. This was beyond my expectations. Great work, timely, professional and polite. Wow. You just don’t see this very often any more."

Lakewoods and one other actually showed up (the third never did) and both recommended the exact same scope of work and repair. Lakewoods was half the price of the other guy. They did it and did a nice job. They called afterward to make sure we were satisfied. Very good company. When we had to make a very minor repair to our roof to sell the house they came out and did it for the cost of materials."
