"We had water in our basement after a plumbing problem.  Dan came out after the insurance adjuster was there and gave me a price to remove all the carpet, pad, base trim and window trim.  Dan's estimate was perfect I even had some money left over to upgrade the base in the bathroom.  I worked with the insurance company and as soon as they sent me some money Dan scheduled the work to be done.  Hecame in went over the timing of the project and who would be laying the carpet ect..  It all went perfect we have our basement back...  LOOKS AWESOME...
