"We had Lakewoods and three other contractors out to estimate re-doing the flat roof over our garage (it leaked) and repairing a roof/window well that perpetually leaked. Lakewoods and one other actually showed up (the third never did) and both recommended the exact same scope of work and repair. Lakewoods was half the price of the other guy. They did it and did a nice job. They called afterward to make sure we were satisfied. Very good company. "The work was not only done just like I needed but much, much more. Steven made certain that I understood how the new deadbolt worked and how to replace the battery. He actually had me do the work so that I would really understand. Then he noticed that the storm door did not close completely and fixed that [not on my list]. Next he cleaned up completely. In the bathroom he made certain that the placement of the three towel bars was exactly where I needed it. He cleaned up everything, including vacuuming up the sheetrock dust. Then he noticed that my sink wasn't draining properly and fixed that. In summary, he exceeded every expectation and I will never need to hire anyone but him in the future. I'm so glad he's there."

"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."
