"Outstanding Job. Our Forever Floor is Finally Here! Fillip and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor. After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. "We had about 500 square feet of hardwood flooring to refinish in our newly purchased home in St. Paul. The hardwood floors were covered with carpeting for decades, and they were in very poor condition visually: lots of stains, water marks, and imperfections. One of the bedrooms had a waterbed at some point which further damaged the flooring with a terrible X mark. I came across Anton's company through the good reviews on Angie's List and decided to inquire for a quote. Anton responded quickly and we scheduled an estimate. He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I could tell he was passionate about home improvement and getting our 100-year-old hardwood restored to optimal condition. The estimate was lower than I expected, and his professionalism was evident, so we decided to go with Anton. The job was performed on time and finished one day ahead of schedule. Anton's project manager, Sergei, was also friendly and punctual. Sergei kept us informed about the progress of the project, and when it was finished he made sure we were satisfied with the work. As far as the work goes, it was amazing! The hardwood floors look brand new. They managed to sand out nearly every imperfection. That X mark from the waterbed is completely gone. Only some of the worst imperfections remained (which would be impossible to sand out without going too deep). Overall, I'd recommend Anton's company to friends and family. It was a very positive experience and money well spent!"

"Mike may not be the cheapest bid you can get, we got lower. But he will be the most experienced. His knowledge of repair - we replaced some water damaged wood, and he took care to get matching replacement which cheaper providers said they couldn't necessarily match. His process - cheaper providers only pointed out wide spaces that needed filling, Mike skim-coated the whole floor and sanded down through that. Resulting in a gorgeous perfectly flat nearly seamless floor. His knowledge of current finishes - what people are looking for today. That and that he is a pleasure to work with, makes his value for the price much higher. We couldn't be more pleased."
