Work can be scheduled on an hourly basis (1 hour minimum) with discounts for booking a half day. "Andrew fixed my passageway (heavy) door to my garage; handle mechanism broke and latch wouldn’t retract, couldn’t open door. Andrew removed door from hinges, removed broken contraption and replace with new door set and back on hinges. He also replace my deadbolt set on my front door. Everything works great! He did a great job, very nice to work with, highly recommend!"

During the winter months we remove Ice Dams from roofs. We carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance. "We have used, and recommended, RTD for a few years and have always liked their work. However, after the treatment from the company this year, we'll NEVER work with or recommend them again. We had them come out and stain our deck and pergola. They broke our large storage box on the deck to the point we had to replace it. They knew about the damaged property from the pictures I sent them, and never acknowledged it. After staining our pergola, several large stains were left on the concrete patio. After emailing them and not hearing back for 2 weeks, I called and was told that someone would come out to clean the concrete. They did, however, it did not remove any of the staining. My husband called and left messages, none of which were answered. Their services aren't cheap and we were repeat customers. Our cement patio was not cheap and now, thanks to them, is ruined. Do NOT use this company if you are looking for quality work and quality customer service."
