When he spotted the ill-working light switches, he replaced them without a fuss.  He's a good problem solver and was able to work through the issues with our pocket door and dormer vent.  He explained in detail the problem with each, so we could readily explain them to a contractor who had the equipment and laborers to do those jobs. His charge for the service was very reasonable. We would definitely ask him for help again.
