When the Avalon rep arrived, he checked the roof and noted the damage and proceeded to show me the materials that would be used to replace the roof. We have a new roof and new siding from Montell Construction, and we feel that we have had good work from a solid company and can recommend Montell to others. Some tips: first, try to remain at home when the work is being done so you know what?s really happening and can answer questions and discuss the process.   Second, keep an eye on cleanup.  The big stuff wasn?t a problem, but bits of old roof and tiny pieces of vinyl lurked in the flower beds and under the shrubs.  Smudges and handprints could be seen on the vinyl when it was installed.  Cleaning wasn?t done automatically, but once the company realized that it mattered to us, they took care of it.  All along, communication with management was good, and the workers were prompt, pleasant, and hardworking.   The house looks fresh again, and we?re pleased with Montell?s workmanship.

"We got a free estimate on Monday from Joseph and Hayden (Roofing Inspector and Sales Reps) and our roof was replaced that same Friday—can’t ask for better service! They explained the roof’s condition, how Victors stands out (materials and attic ventilation), and that they offer a free annual assessment after completion. Supplies and a dumpster arrived Thursday. On install day, they protected our property. Darryl, our project manager, kept us informed throughout. Sergio and his crew started around 6 am and finished before 6 pm, replacing all shingles and redecking about half of our 1409+ sq ft roof in one day. Afterward, Shelbi (production admin) quickly responded to our request for more photos. We’re so thankful for our new roof with a 25-year leak-free guarantee!"
