My recent meeting with Michael Belfer from Legend Roofing eased my fear of immediate repairs. Mike and Dan inspected my roof, and gave me sound advice on current repairs (minor) and a timeline for a new roof.
I had Michael bid roofs in the past when I managed an apartment complex, and I was impressed by his experience and the prices were very good. I am happy to see the same honesty and good, solid advice now that he’s started Legend Roofing. His honest assessment of my roof, and practical advice regarding gutters and roof underlayment, means I will be hiring Legend to do my roof in the next few years.

I had a roof leak that was leaking into my bathroom. Michael called me right away and looked at it the same day. They replaced that section of my roof before it rained again. The crew was very professional and friendly. The roof looks great. BTW the other companies i called never got back to me, and the job is done. Glad I hired them.

Originally reached out to this company for a new roof on a home I was trying to sell. Mike was very quick in getting out to my home, and informative on what we needed to get the job done. In the process of selling, I was told to pause the roofing plans, the owner of the company was extremely communicative, patient, polite, and respectful of all of my back and forth with plans. Although we ended up selling before needing to use them, we forwarded his information onto the new owners of our home after selling and we?re still happy with our experience.
