"Irish replaced vinyl siding, soffit, fascia and rain gutters on my home, including installation of hand-laid stone veneer on two exterior walls. They also replaced roofs for two sheds. Workmanship was excellent, price was very compeititive, communication was good. The project was completed on time and on budget, with very little correction/re-work involved. Very friendly and professional. The result was an astounding transformation of the home. I highly recommend this company!"

"It isn't done yet, but the construction manager is not being cooperative about some details that are very important to us. His comments on the material and timing for staining the deck are not consistent with information from lumber experts I know."

"We had storm damaged aluminum siding replaced with vinyl siding. This was done during January and we were cautioned that work would be performed weather permitting. Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. Once the weather cleared the work was completed in a matter of days and upon inspection everything was done met our expectation. Very favorable follow through my management and workers. Highly satisfied and enthusiastically recommend them."

"Performance Roofing & Siding Grand Rapids gave me a great experience. David did a thorough job inspecting and quoted the bid with sophisticated software and drone imagery. Randy and David were the only people, out of all the bidders, who did a complete and thorough walk through of the entire attic. Both David and Randy were extremely personable and professional, their expertise made choosing Performance Roofing & Siding a no-brainer. Israel was the installation lead and did an excellent job leading his crew. Israel’s team knocked out the roof in only two days, and I’m really happy with their work."
