"I spoke with the design consultant of this appointment and understand the Mr. had a migraine headache, not necessarily his best day. Apparently the deck (at the time) is in very, very poor condition and dangerous. I believe he did his very best in being on time, informative of the things he is supposed to (company, product, time frame, cost). We are glad for our shot at the project, but mostly glad that you have found someone to complete it for you as it is in dire need. "1.) We are very appreciative and fortunate to receive so many positive reviews from our customers on a daily basis. ALL reviews from ALL platforms are verified through each homeowner's own email address and phone numbers. 2.) I honestly do not know how we could lower our prices any further, without sacrificing our quality/ standards. In many situations we are the lowest bidder, and win hundreds of projects a year because of our quality - price offerings. You may have found a lower price and that is wonderful, but that doesn't mean it's acceptable to take a cheap shot at our company. 3.) Your allegations of bad ethics and high pressure is really unfounded and not true by any reasonable measure. Maybe you know the right things to say to turn a prospect away from us, congratulations. The fact is that our designer met with and came to your home on multiple occasions, probably in hopes of answering your concerns and if fortunate selling a roof project. We are certainly coming off a busy Home and Garden Show, some really nice pre-season incentives are available, sorry that a coupon has bothered you. 4.) When you called us and invited us out for the free consultation (which we appreciate very much), I believe we let you know then that we require all homeowners to be present and that our normal appt. takes 60-90 minutes depending on the questions you have for us. The day prior the appt. we re-confirmed this appt. and information with you. I am sorry you feel we wasted your time, but am glad we were up front and honest with you. 5.) We do not sell just materials nor are we a supplier, so all of our projects and pricing are as "installed" Your malicious, carefully written statements to scare away our prospects is unfair.
