"After making a claim for roofing with insurance I contacted Avalon for an estimate, within a day I was contacted by Avalon and an appointment was set. When the Avalon rep arrived, he checked the roof and noted the damage and proceeded to show me the materials that would be used to replace the roof. When I advised my wife wasn’t home he came back two hours later so she could pick the shingle color. I was able to schedule a time for the roof replacement. The crew arrived and striped off the old roof and started to replace. when they were finished the crew cleaned up so well it was hard to tell the roof has been replaced.
