We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. "Some of the work I needed done was painting of 3 exterior entry doors, but the weather wasn't feasible 2 do in November. Those would need 2 be done next year in warmer weather. He did get the 12' of trim that needed 2 be replaced completed. The door he made out plywood 2 block off the upstairs from the main floor works. The plywood was warped. I didn't ask 4 anything fancy and that is what I got. The hinges and door closure are fine and work properly. James did some work on 1 of my 2 dogs kennel. He reinforced 2 sides of kennel with extra bracing 2 ensure the dog can't get out. James did a great job on this! James was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable on the work that was done. I would use his handyman skills again. I've attached pictures of the door and the kennel work. Thank u."

We recommend that you cut batts of fiberglass insulation with a sharp utility knife. However, in a pinch, you can use tools such as a box cutter or even a pair of scissors. No matter what cutting tool you use, just make sure it’s sharp so you get a clean, straight cut.
