Work was not done in accordance with the quote and should have resulted in a price reduction. The price was not reduced because the owner claim that it was not material.

The crew that hung the drywall were fast but needed to pay more attention to detail, the two guys that did the finishing were polite and very good at what they do, a couple spots could have been better but overall I'm satisfied with their work. Thank you

They did not finish the job, save yourself hassle and do not ever hire this group. They completely ghosted the project and left us unfinished work, stole our money as well as left us to have to clean up the work.

The two that did the dry wall were fun to talk to.

Able to repair ceiling in basement in just under one day. Included tear down, installing, tape, mud, and great job at cleaning.

I am dissatisfied with their work. They never came back to paint my ceiling like they said they were going to and so I had to pay a different painter to do it when I already paid them. That painter painted the ceiling and walls, and then it became evident that their work was unsatisfactory, having not enough texture in some spots and too much texture in others. My ceiling and walls look very uneven and unprofessional. Now they are ignoring my calls and texts.

Left plaster all over walls. The ntire room is going to have to be repainted.

The work was well done and fast. The only suggestion I would make is to move items back into place when the work is done.

I had to spend thousands of dollars to fix everything they messed up once they stopped responding after several weeks of me reaching out. They were nice guys and asked me to pay before they were finished with the work, I did because I trusted them, regretted it ever since. It is now a couple of months later and the work still is not done, and we have had to hire others to finish/fix the work they took the money to do.

These guys are efficient, do great work and it's obvious they care and have respect for my home and the quality of their work. They were ready to work as soon as I was ready for them.

Workers did not seem familiar with replacing storm damaged ceiling drywall and insulation in double wide mobile home. Workers cut and caused short two places in electrical wiring. H&K hired an electrician to cut into the new ceiling, find and repair the damaged wires. H&K did an excellent job repairing the new ceiling and applying popcorn finish coat. The job looks great and they charged the price quoted even though it took longer to complete.

Very friendly and professional. Crew was always on time and did a great job of explaining their work schedule and the impacts of their work while we work from home. I was very happy with their work. They took care to protect areas when working and cleaned up after the work was complete. I felt the price was reasonable and a great value given the attention to detail and quality of workmanship.

The guys were very professional and courteous. They worked quickly to finish the drywall and were very accommodating. Some of the work needed to be touched up afterward, but overall I'm very pleased.

After a long time waiting to find a contractor for post-hurricane repairs, we found H&K and they were able to get the drywall installation and painting done quickly. There was a little sloppiness with that quick work, but overall we were pleased with the work.

We had received several quotes before finding H&K. Their quote was the highest we had received but my wife and I were the most comfortable with H&K so we hired them. The wait time before they actually got started was reasonable. We had already bought all the materials to include insulation. Now the bad part. The owner had led us to believe that he would be there doing the install, I would think that at the very least he would have supervised or inspected their work. Instead, we got a crew working in the house that did not speak English, with no supervision or translator. They slapped the drywall up sufficiently, however, my wife realized that the insulation had not been put in. She mentioned it to the owner and he assured her that he had reminded them and everything had been done properly. To do the actual plaster work the owner had his sons do the work. To say that the work was shoddy and unfinished is putting it nicely. I had to sand every surface that they had supposedly "finished". On one of the days, his sons left my outside water on and we did not notice until I had been home for work for about five hours. I also caught them dumping large amounts of plaster in my yard. I confronted one of his sons about it and he stated It will wash away in the rain, guess what, its still there months later. In 8 specific areas, there were visible Waves& of plaster. My wife tried to bring this to the owners attention but she was brushed off. I expect some level of mess when drywall is being put up, the fact that it was tracked through every area was a bit ridiculous. In addition, his crew did zero clean up. The owner even noted this, however, he did not send his crew back to clean-up or give any kind of refund. We paid them and were just happy to have the work done, thinking it had all been done correctly. We had noticed that the room that we had been concerned about never seemed to cool off (This room had an exterior wall). Months later another hurricane came through and we noticed that the drywall (At this point it had been painted and finished) was bubbling as the roof was leaking. Thank goodness for that leak! I tore the drywall that H&;K had installed down, to my surprise there was not one strip of insulation in place. When my wife called the owner to bring this to his attention we expected him to offer to fix the problem or provide some kind of refund. Nope, his exact words were â We don't do refunds and he proceeded to berate my wife with things like â Why did you pay for the work if you thought it was not done correctly . This owner talks a great game but does not follow through. I would not hire them again and if I knew then what I know now, I would have taken time off of work so I could be there to supervise the crew. I nearly forgot to mention, he wanted us to hire his wife to paint our house, 11 to 13 thousand dollars. That is a ridiculous price, I have had my entire house painted for 2500 in this area. Buyer Beware!
