"The tech was able to clear the line out and remove the unnecessary second trap. He snaked the drain and since then everything is running well. The only thing that I didn't like was that the tech forgot to put the washer discharge hose back into the utility tub, so had I not checked that, I would have had water all over my basement. Simple oversite, but could have been costly."

"I am so glad I found this company! I first tried using Mr Rooter. They charged me $308 and didn’t fix the problem. They said I needed to dig up my floor and quoted me $1400 to start. The tech also left a mess. I called Minuteman to get another estimate. Dylan Secord arrived and he was very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to pull out the roots that were causing the drain problem at a fraction of the cost ($175). Dylan cleaned up the mess and left everything tidy. He also gave me a two month warranty on their work. He is my super hero and I would highly recommend!!!"
