The only thing that I didn't like was that the tech forgot to put the washer discharge hose back into the utility tub, so had I not checked that, I would have had water all over my basement. Simple oversite, but could have been costly."

They replaced the faucet in my kitchen with a very generic mid-level unit and charged near $200 for the faucet and another $350 for the 2 hours of time. There are better options around the city and you're encouraged to look them up! If you do use them, get everything in writing BEFORE they do any work."
