The only thing that I didn't like was that the tech forgot to put the washer discharge hose back into the utility tub, so had I not checked that, I would have had water all over my basement. Simple oversite, but could have been costly."

The tech also left a mess. I called Minuteman to get another estimate. Dylan Secord arrived and he was very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to pull out the roots that were causing the drain problem at a fraction of the cost ($175). Dylan cleaned up the mess and left everything tidy. He also gave me a two month warranty on their work. He is my super hero and I would highly recommend!!!"

Accessing and snaking your sewer requires heavy-duty equipment, and while renting is possible, misusing it can damage your sewer main and leave you with very expensive repair costs, not to mention potential environmental issues and severe water damage. Accessing your sewer also exposes you to hazardous sewer gasses, and failing to seal the sewer properly after work can be very dangerous.
