Throughout the entire process, he came by most days to inspect the work performed. Issues invariably came up or were uncovered and Howard addressed them immediately. We asked him to redo our staircase and couldn't be happier with the end result. Another thing that impressed me was that the crews he employs have been with him for several years if not decades.
