Our company specializes in installing and repairing all makes and models of residential and commercial garage doors and openers. I initiated a garage door opener installation request from Angie's list in the late afternoon, and I got a phone call from the company in the evening and told me they can be there in the next day. When they arrived next day, checked the current opener condition and replaced the opener within an hour. Quick and professional.

They came out within 48 hrs Did a very thorough job. After replacing the circuit board and resetting the key pad that wasn't working too he made sure the door was properly aligned.

Garage door spring broke the night before I planned to go out of town for the weekend. Called Sterling Door at 7:00 the next morning and they had a service tech there by 8:30 AM. Service Tech repaired the door spring quickly and gave me advice on maintaining my garage door overall. Great and prompt service. Price was the going rate for that type of repair.

The services provided by Sterling Door was great. My door broke early Saturday afternoon and by the end of the day I had a fully functioning garage door. From the phone call for me to request service to the service technician leaving it was a smooth and easy process. I would highly recommend Sterling Door! The receptionist was very friendly, responsive and professional. The service technician called before hand to let me know when he would be arriving, he arrived on time and he was professional and confident. I had an awesome experience with Sterling Door

Everything went well. There were other providers offering the same opener (Liftmaster 8550) for a similar price, but Sterling included the wireless keypad and internet gateway in their package.

Got a call within a few hours (Sat afternoon). Repair man came over and worked for about an hour due to the difficulty of replacing a pulley that is no longer manufactured. Did a great job and charged a fair price. Very friendly and professional.

I needed maintenance on the garage door opener, and used this company for the first time. They were punctual, and did the job, but at a lot more than other garage door companies charge. The only thing that was needed was a mother board which is really easy to install. I had springs replaced a couple years back by another company, which is more labor intensive, and was still 30 to 40% cheaper then this. I would not think of using this company again as they are expensive.
