"MS (Consumer name removed ), why you would put a negative review on Angi is concerning to us as we painted your kitchen 3 times and what you are seeing is shadows from your cabinets being projected which is a function of how light in our universe works. unless the laws of physics change or light can bend around corners this is a function of light and shadow. We ask you to remove this review which is unfair, defamatory untrue and defies logic. You have been in constant contact with the team and we have proof that we have been responsive. What you really want is for us to paint your kitchen a 4th time? Should we change it to white? Purple? Will this make you finally happy? We pride ourselves on helping reasonable and respectful customers air their homes - but sometimes no matter what any company does customers will find a way to complain and vent and hurt a company?s reputation without recourse - this is unfair for companies that work so hard to delver products and prices for customers. We wish there was a forum for us to report on unreasonable, and ungrateful customers! For the record and for all Angi customers Ms. Jackson paid $200 to get her kitchen painted part of her overall contract and made us do it 3 times as she blocked her funding / that?s $66 per coat and cost us over $300 in paint supplies and $1000 in labor - seems Ms. Jackson got a heck of a deal! If any Angi customers would like to see Ms. (Consumer name removed )completion certificates that state all the work has been completed and satisfactory along with pictures of proof- reach out to our office"
