7/14/25 ~ I signed a contract that included 12 action items. A deposit was paid at signing and I would make 3 additional payments (1) "Floor Done" (2) "Shower Fix" (3) Completion. 7/17/25 ~ Work began and my bathroom was demo'd 7/18/25 ~ Framing went in for tile and I WAS CONTACTED FOR MONEY 7/19/25 ~ Shower was tiled 7/20/25 ~ Floor was tiled and I WAS CONTACTED FOR MONEY 7/21/25 ~ No work occurred 7/22/25 ~ No work occurred and I WAS CONTACTED FOR MONEY, ACCUSED OF NOT WANTING TO PAY MY BILL AND WAS THREATENED TO HAVE A LIEN PLACED ON MY HOME 7/23/25 ~ Shower wall and floor was grouted / Shower fixtures installed / Sink mounted (no plumbing attached) / Toilet in (not secured to the flange) 7/23/25 ~ I paid the company the contract amount in FULL so I no longer had to be harassed for money every other day (6 of the 12 action items were completed at this time) 7/24/25 ~ present (8/6/25) I have not seen or heard from this company again and all of the construction debris was left at my home for me to dispose of. I paid for a bathroom remodel and I have a shower remodel.

"[Member Name Removed] we know your home and we know your situation. We also know that you are very happy with our work. Lets recap. You hired some "guy" to do your shower, you spent a ton of money on materials and he didn't know what he was doing. Your walls were not level, tiles uneven, tiles cut poorly at the corners, the niche wasn't properly waterproofed, in fact the entire shower was installed wrong and would leak. You hated it, you were frustrated and you needed help. You hired Sparkd. Our team led by Andrei had to completely re-do the shower from the ground up. Proper waterproofing, leveled the back wall, waterproofed the niche using a factory made product that doesn't leak, fixed your plumbing and made many improvements to the look. All of which you failed to put in your review. We also recommended you change your floor tile in the bathroom, which you took our advise and you now have much nicer floor tile. What was left on your bathroom was sanding/painting and installing your vanity. You were on the schedule to complete when we were contacted that you were going to finish it on your own. You were also provided with over $1500 in discounts to help you out. Why you would post such an inaccurate and defamatory review that breaks Angie's fairness rules we have no idea but its damaging to our company, without merit. 90% of your review posts confidential contract terms that even violates your contract and a function of just not paying on time. Your failure to make payments against your shower has nothing to do with a fair review, or our work product. We have every right to get paid on time for our work to pay our people and our supplies. You can reach out to the office to schedule a service call or address issues or concerns"
