"Timing and communication was great and the work seems to be great.But I needed a Sewage Ejection Pump - Check Valve 3 in. installed. He told me it would be about $100.00 for the part so about $300.00.when he got done I was charged $398.00,beings the values are on the internet are for about $30.00, Not only was the price more , I feel the labor was pretty inflated $ 368.00 for labor is kinda high for such a small job."

"In my judgement, this is a fairly new company working to gain access to a market that is fraught with entry level hopefuls. Success in the market of landscape work depends largely on matching market demand with the skill set level that exists within the company and to provide satisfactory service to meet predetermined customer quality standards. In other words, clearly defining the landscaping tasks and the quality of work expected, spelled out in a written proposal. Those seeking a quick buck will never fly long term. This company is clearly in the process of defining itself and measuring the quality standards and effort that is necessary in order to gain customer satisfaction and in turn, be rewarded with a word of mouth reviews and recommendations.
