He kept us updated and did a great job of checking in during the process when little changes were possible/necessary. We are a new construction home in an established neighborhood, so we wanted a certain look. The crew was polite and provided a detailed explanation about the necessary repair - they also informed I would receive a $75 invoice for their visit and later an estimate for the repair. However I received a charge $200 for their visit: $75 for the service call and $125 for their labor. I called their office to better understand the reason for the $200 and I was attended by a lady who was very rude and unable to provide an explanation... and hang up on me during the conversation. Nobody should be treated like this... especially a potential customer."
